Q: How does delivery work?
A: Orders can be placed in our online shop until Sunday. Delivery will be made directly to your doorstep on the following Thursday.
Q: How often do you deliver?
A: We deliver fresh every Thursday to your home. To ensure your order is delivered on time, please place your order in our online shop by Sunday.
Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We deliver to Austria, Germany, Switzerland, and France.

Q: What are the shipping costs to Austria?

Q: Can I buy meat at your store?
A: We don't have a store, but we do have a pick-up station. You can simply order online by Sunday and then pick up your fresh order on the following Thursday at our office near Ottakring.
Q: Is the meat Halal?
A: We are Halal-certified. All our products are Halal.
Q: What happens if my product is sold out?
A: Every week, you have the opportunity to order fresh meat. If a product is sold out, you can reorder it as soon as it becomes available again.
Q: How is the meat packaged?
A: The meat is vacuum-packed and then shipped directly to our customers.
Q: How is the cooling of the order ensured?
A: Each order is equipped with cooling packs to optimally cool the meat during transport. It is guaranteed that the cold chain will not be interrupted for up to 48 hours by recyclable insulation materials.
Q: Where does the meat we sell come from?
A: All our products come exclusively from animals from Austria. These are born, raised, and processed in Austria.
Q: What do the animals eat?
A: Cattle, calves, and lambs get grass, hay,
silage, and everything that can be found on the green pasture.
B: Chickens get corn, grains, worms, and all the insects they can find in the grass.

Q: Are your farmers organic certified?
A: All our farmers are organic certified. However, we also have non-organic certified farmers in our network and are working together on the vision of enabling all farmers to obtain organic certification so that we can employ them as suppliers in the future.
Q: Can the animals roam freely?
A: All our farmers are organic-certified. The organic certificate stipulates that the animals have free range 365 days a year.
