Goha's organic flank steak – an insider tip for everyone who loves the robust taste of beef. Flank steak comes from the rear, lower belly section (flank) of the cattle. This fine cut is flat and very finely marbled, offering an intense aroma and a juicy bite.
Our organic flank steak is, of course, 100% halal and ideal for the grill or a hot pan. Cut into strips, it is perfect for bowls, salads, wraps or tacos – or simply served as a classic steak with roasted vegetables.
Preparation tip: Sear over high heat for 3–4 minutes on each side, let it rest briefly and then slice thinly against the grain – this makes it especially tender.
