11We deliver to customers throughout Austria, Germany, France and Switzerland. The minimum order value is €49.99 in Austria, €69.90 in Germany, €69.90 in France, and CHF 49.99 in Switzerland.
Orders are accepted daily from Monday to Sunday.
Slaughtering and preparation of goods takes place on the following Monday.
On Wednesday, the order is carefully packed and handed over to our shipping partner.
Delivery to our customers usually takes place on Thursday – via express delivery within 24 hours throughout Europe.
The goods are shipped in sustainable packaging with insulation material and ice packs. This reliably maintains the cold chain for at least 48 hours from the shipping date. As soon as the package leaves our premises, you will receive a tracking number, which allows you to track the current location and estimated delivery of your package online at any time.
