Goha's Leberkas in a Jar – freshly baked whenever you feel like it
Our popular Leberkas, now in a handy jar: simply remove the lid, put it in the oven and shortly afterwards your whole kitchen smells like the butcher around the corner. A crispy crust on the outside, juicy and savoury on the inside – just the way Leberkas should be.
Made in Vienna from organic beef from our partner farmers, according to our own recipe and 100% halal.
Four varieties to choose from (300 g each):
- Leberkas: the classic, mild and hearty
- Cheese Leberkas: with savoury cheese
- Chilli Leberkas: with chilli flakes and a pleasant heat
- Pizza Leberkas: with cheese and paprika flakes
Preparation:
Remove the lid and place the jar in the preheated oven at 180 °C for 25–30 minutes. Let it cool briefly, release it from the jar and enjoy: in a bread roll with mustard, with a fried egg or with potato salad.
Ideal for: a quick dinner, a snack, brunch or as a supply for unexpected guests.

Leberkas: Beef, drinking water, curing salt (E250), spices, spice extracts, potato starch, phosphate (E450, E451), ascorbic acid (E300), dextrose.
Cheese Leberkas: Beef, cheese (G), drinking water, curing salt (E250), spices, spice extracts, potato starch, phosphate (E450, E451), ascorbic acid (E300), dextrose.
Chilli Leberkas: Beef, drinking water, curing salt (E250), spices, spice extracts, chilli flakes, potato starch, phosphate (E450, E451), ascorbic acid (E300), dextrose.
Pizza Leberkas: Beef, cheese (G), drinking water, curing salt (E250), spices, spice extracts, paprika flakes, potato starch, phosphate (E450, E451), ascorbic acid (E300), dextrose.
